We stopped for a beer on the way up to Rasciesa and hiked back down for an incredibly satisfying lunch. I can't think of a place where such refreshing drink, satisfying food, and majestic view have come together on a single hike or any outdoor activity. Lunch was perfect - polenta with gray cheese and buckwheat gnocchi stuffed with cheese. On their own we would have been satisfied, but the plate of fresh vegetables elevated the meal to divine.

The sight is amazing, the place is as peaceful as they get, and the food, while the choice is limited to about one menu page, is authentic and really good, one of the best among the huts on these mountains, and has consistently been for many years.

Excellent place to stop for lunch during the descent from Resciesa along path 35. The service is good and the staff wear masks to protect customers from COVID. As for the menu, some dishes are only available on the weekend so on other days the choice tends to be reduced. In any case, the cuisine is excellent and the products of excellent quality (some of their own production). RECOMMENDED

Pretty, peaceful hut surrounded by nature away from the chaos. We had lunch with typical South Tyrolean dishes. All good and genuine, the apple strudel in particular was 10 and praise!

The Ramitzler Schwaige is a really wonderful, quaint place to unwind and enjoy the landscape. Nice and friendly service as well as delicious food and great wine make your visit really special. Highly recommended is the Almbrettl with bacon, gray cheese, cheese, cream cheese and smoked sausage, mostly from our own production and really delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you so much!
