One of the few Fontanelli that remained open during the covid, carbonated water for a fee via a key, smooth for free.

I'm not going to discuss the usefulness of the font or the efficiency of it. I want instead to dwell on the position. But who is the designer? Possible that this is that all the other fountains are positioned right at the edges of the sidewalks with consequent obstruction to the circulation cause the means that stop practically in the street to get water? Is it possible that there will never be a bit of parking?
