Amazing spot! Water was clean but freezing!

Very nice little place, free for everyone! Best option for the summer time; instead of a public swimming pool or drive to the closest seaside area, you can choose the riverside! It's really small, so you HAVE TO RESPECT the place and other people so: DON'T litter and take away your garbage when you leave, DON'T be loud and DON'T occupie unnecessary space! You can use the tent but just for one day (actually the law says that in Italy you can stay with your tent in one place for 48 hours, but as I said it's a very small area). In case you want to stay there more than one day you need to call the authorities (I think there's a telephone number on a sign there but I'm not 100% sure!)

The place is extremely simple, there is a stream of very cold but crystal clear water. Around there is plenty of space for sunbathing and picnics. I recommend a repellent product for gadflies, they are not too many but still they are a nuisance. If you are lucky you can also find fossils of underwater shells. I saw a large parking lot but I don't know if it is paid. I arrived on foot
