A quiet walk in a place full of memories. Beyond the monument, the view towards the Amiata side is also pleasant. Just outside the historic center, in the immediate vicinity of the recreational club and municipality of Castiglione d'orcia, as well as a spacious play area

The Parco della Rimembranza also known as the Portone was built in memory of the fallen of the great war. At the top of the park is the war memorial where their names are remembered. In the period between April and June you can find some species of wild orchids.
