The website clearly states it is open 24 hrs, however we found that not to be the case. We wanted to drop off and collect at around 1.30 and were told they closed at 12.00 am, after that the kennel is completely unattended. We were very shocked to hear this and, although our cat was well looked after we were shocked that if any of the animals wbecame unwell that they would be left until the following day.This is inconvenient for the customers who leave their pets to go on holiday, possibly catching a flight from Pisa or Rome or a train from Grosseto....it is just not always possible to drop off / collect before 12.00....the re should be someone in attendance at least for 12 hours during rhe day if not the 24 as stated on the website. Additionally we were charged an extra €20 for wanting to collect at 1.30...absolutely brilliant customer service....not!!!!

We brought our cat Bobo to the post-operative and the girls took care of them with love, giving him the therapy and even homogenized meat ❤ They even took him to the vet to have his stitches removed. He is back in shape and is now free to take his beloved walks A big thank you to all and in particular to Francesca ❤

We enjoyed it, we appreciated the communication, cleanliness and availability. Dogs have green areas available for a maximum of two to three animals. They followed our rules for feeding food. Price a bit high but if it comes to sometime it's fine. Recommended

Warm and welcoming. Caring and hospitable. My young dog spent fifteen days cheerful and happy in the company of new four-legged friends. Great experience

For our 'furry', finding a safe place like their own home, where being loved and pampered is very difficult, so my choice was the Le Capannelle dog center. The staff is attentive to the needs of their guests and it shows that they do it with love and not just for work.
