Small mountain with awesome view , easy to climb from bergiola foscalina in less than 1 hour of walking in chesnut Forest . From bergiola Maggiore a route drive you few minutes to the summit

Magnificent peak, although not too high (just under 1000 meters). Definitely valid from a naturalistic point of view, it deserves both the surrounding forest and the area of ​​the summit. Typical landscape of the Apuan Alps. The best part is by far the view: it stretches from Livorno to La Spezia and offers a view that has few equals both over upper Tuscany and eastern Liguria. Exceptional on clear days, it offers the opportunity to see the islands of the Tuscan archipelago as well. A little effort is needed to reach it and a lot of attention to the path because it is dirty and poorly marked. 5 stars well deserved, to visit.
