We stayed at this farm for four days and we were really satisfied. The owners are exceptional people, sweet, nice and always available. Our apartment (the pine) was delightful and equipped with every comfort. We also had a nice table with umbrella for outdoor lunch / dinner and a barbecue. The pool is large enough for swimming, clean and never too cold. Each apartment has sun beds and umbrella. A nice stay immersed in the green of nature and tranquility, certainly to be redone

We stayed a week in this beautiful property. Podere Casenove is structured like a very small ancient village. The apartments for guests and the owners' house overlook a splendid green and well-kept central garden, creating a truly suggestive and well-kept space. The first impression is certainly that of being greeted with courtesy and hospitality. Ms Luigina and her husband are very kind and available for any need. The apartment was perfect for our needs, impeccably cared for in the finishes, according to a rustic but elegant style. We found everything in order and the cleaning was really perfect. The house remains cool, despite the outside temperature being very high at that time. The breakfasts and dinners on the small terrace at the top of the stairs were a real moment of peace. The kitchen is suitable for any need: from a quick snack to a normal lunch for a family of 4. The swimming pool, always available to guests and of a good size, so that you can swim and do some exercise. We used it both to refresh ourselves after the days of visiting nearby towns and to stay comfortably all day. It is pleasant and well cared for, from the personal sun beds with umbrella, you can enjoy a splendid view of the countryside and its hills. One of the most important things is also its location. Despite being a few hundred meters from a small town (with supermarket, restaurant and more) it still enjoys the utmost tranquility from the rest of the world. From this place it is possible to visit the small villages reachable by car in a few km or to dedicate oneself to the most famous places such as Gubbio, Arezzo, Assisi, Sansepolcro, Città di Castello .... It was a perfect vacation for our style; made of rest, culture, art and good food. Highly recommended !!!!!

Awesome place !! Everything treated in detail, nothing left to chance. The apartments are real clean and welcoming jewels. The fantastic and well equipped swimming pool. Congratulations to the owners, exquisite and extremely available people, who have been able to create a beautiful structure.

Spectacular farmhouse. We stayed for 7 days, the apartment was spotless, the kitchen equipped with everything you need to be able to cook in case you don't want to eat out. Quiet area, polite and welcoming owners.
