Having purchased a trailer from this company I reported that the item was damaged. I advised the company as soon as I had opened the packaging which was on the same day as delivery, there was no opertunity to open the package when the driver arrived as he quickly departed. The trailer came in packaging that was inside out, there was no damage to the box but it was immediately apparent on opening there was damage to the trailer so the trailer had been sent from their outlet knowingly damaged. I am awaiiting a reasonable response now for two months. Disgraceful

I ordered the sod lawn for the home garden, unfortunately I misread the timing and due to work commitments and the inability to postpone I had to cancel the order and do differently. The operators were very kind and polite, they understood my situation and proceeded to cancel the order, refund arrived within a couple of hours.

It is a duty to warn everyone of the horrible behavior of these people. Point one: everywhere, inherently to them, there is a telephone number dictated as "customer service" to which the business owner presumably answers, who with very rude tells us that he does not deal with this, that we must communicate exclusively via email , threatening among other things the cancellation of the order during the conversation and taking us to insults. Point two: We waited about 10 days before contacting "this service" since, after making the payment, we did not receive a tracking rag, a communication rag. We were refunded after an email explaining in detail why a customer cannot be treated in this way. Obviously no expedition had started, this indicates a gigantic superficiality. The worst online experience in 10+ years of shopping

Bad service. I ordered some material and not everything has arrived one month later. They do not provide me with a tracking code for this fantastic missing package. I opened a cobtestation with paypal, I hope to get back what I have already paid. Buy somewhere else !!!
