Very nice cove, but NOT suitable for everyone. The path that leads to the cove is impervious: I suggest doing it with shoes or at least with sandals. The descent to the cove takes almost half an hour. The beach is made up of pebbles and rocks, and can accommodate a limited number of people. Around 10 in the morning it starts to fill up, so I advise you to get there well earlier (so avoid making the descent in the sun). As for parking, be careful not to park beyond the white line that delimits the carriageway: the fine is insured. Parking is limited, so the sooner you arrive the better. In the afternoon a few people leave, so a little space is freed up. The water is cold and there are numerous schools of big fish. Be careful if you go to cala del gesso: there you have to pay the parking: any other parking is a fine (much higher than the 10-15 € of the paid parking)

Oh well, you walk down a nature trail and then you are at a forgotten bay. But you are never alone.

Small cove, one of the best in the Argentario. The way to get there takes about 20 minutes. The return is more tiring, almost entirely uphill. An intermediate stop in a cove that can be glimpsed from the road is also recommended: access can be difficult because it is entirely made of rock, but the water is crystal clear.

Beautiful access path to the Cacciarella beach through a passage through the woods, the bed of a stream, the Mediterranean scrub. Equip yourself with suitable shoes (no flip flops or beach slippers!), Water and a slow & easy attitude.

Great place even if you have to walk
