Jamaica Cosmetic Dental was fantastic! I won't lie, I'm a big baby about going to the dentist and I was putting this off for way too long. Dr Powell was so kind and explained everything I needed to know about maintaining my oral health. And I loved that they offer headphones to listen to music to distract you from all the dental tools!

What an exceptional team of professionals! From reception to completion the team at Jamaica Smiles made my dental visit seem like a five star vacation hour. Marcia (hygenist) and Christina (dental tech) were consummate professionals. My cleaning was efficient, meticulous and pain free and their "dental chair manners" impeccable. Dr. Powell a young dentist is very knowledgeable and efficient and she addressed my concerns with patient care and obvious expertise... and the reception team - a model for outstanding customer service. Thank you Jamaica Smiles. In one visit you have ended my lifelong fear of dentists. See you again soon.

I am a regular patient and I can say I do now actually enjoy trips to the dentist! I always come away feeling reassured. The welcome is always warm and the technology is cool and modern. It is a worthwhile experience, comfortable and pleasant.

Fairly timely: I was there as they were opened and only had to wait a few minutes past the time they had set. Professional: They were having a team meeting that I could hear some snippets of and it sounded very organized and perky. The staff were very calm and professional, and they were very polite to myself and each other. They wore masks all the time, even though I had to remove mine for procedures. They asked that I keep my mask on as much as possible though. I didn't do a particularly painful procedure, they stopped often to make sure I was comfortable. Infrastructure: The surroundings were clean and well laid out, and very well lit because of large windows in the separated treatment units, which each had their own bank of tools and machinery. The technology also seemed very up to date. They apologised because I had to go upstairs and downstairs to get different procedures done. I didn't mind, because I am not a person with a physical disability, but it might have been problematic if I was. I didn't see an elevator to go from one level to another, but I honestly wasn't looking for it; one could have been there, but like I said, I wasn't sure. The stair itself was fairly narrow, which meant that people had to wait at either end if someone was using it. Cost: I am lucky to have health insurance and so I can only say that they seem a little bit on on the pricier end, but you really get what you pay for. I would recommend them.

The only dentist I have ever been to where 'sit back and relax' are words that apply. Keep up the amazing work, guys!
