Imperial Optical Spanish Town

The customer service is always great. It doesn't matter which day or time. The ambience is also great. Only a little tea is needed sometimes while you're waiting 😆

I havr been a customer at Imperial Optical since 2017. I first went to the Caledonia branch. And the customer service was superb. The doctors were truly professional, i was pleased with the depth of the examination. And the other members of staff were very helpful in helping me choose the right glass. Two years later I went to the Spanish Towb branch and my experience is just as great.. I will never go anywhere else to get my eyes sorted.

Oasis Spanish Town Branch, July 12, 2019. Imperial is it! They hire the worse optomologist "dr sue sue leng". She has no regards for the people, her statement was,"I am a Buddhist not Christian and only talk to the patient not their associates". She refuse to let me advocate for elderly mother who was having a hard time understanding her. She is rude , abrupt and unconcern about the welfare of the patient and their associates. She need to be informed that healthcare is holistic not one to one.I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY THE GOVERMNET ALLOW THESE PEOLPE IN JAMICA TO EXPLOIT US.

The ladies are warm and pleasant...they respect the customers time. Actually they exceeded my expectation!!!
