Portmore Healthcare Medical and Surgical Complex

Im a med rep so i visit there from time to time. Friendly and professional staff with a great team of health care workers.

So I took my 2 yr old to the complex which is not her first time. I register and sit with my husband waiting. I told the nurse my baby had a fever the night before but none at the moment, she had runny nose and coughing. The doctor came out and told the nurse he can’t look about her and we should go to the portmore hospital. My point is as a doctor he just said he can’t and he don’t even look at the baby smh so disappointed will never go there again. I went to the portmore hospital although I know it’s the same company and the doctor there look after my baby. The doctor was shock to know her colleague did not look about the baby. Very Disappointing about the situation

1st sign up...easy process....and the overall service good. .just didn't like that front desk person being rude after I asked if the doc was available ...her response was "obviously " as if i knew ....it was my 1st visit to this place....but overall it's a good experience..just need better staff selection.

I absolutely love Island Health Care. Dr Williams is the best and he is compassionate he genuinely cares about his patient...Thanks so much for everything.
