The price for the ultrasound to know the gender is 6000 plus they give you picture or the baby in the baby mother.

The first time I went the receptionist was great, wish I had gotten her name.

The lady at the front desk was pleasant. It took a little long to get done but there was a lot of customers in the office. The office is comfortable with ac water and tv. The doctor took time to explain everything and didn't rush even though the office was packed.

The receptionists had nooo customer training about them, they had a rude look on their faces and were unwilling to listen or assist individual in a pleasant manner. Even though the place maybe overcrowded, but I believe they could be more sympathetic towards person who might find out the worst about them. Trust me the only thing that would make me go back there are the doctors who did my procedures. One took the timeout to update the patients waiting as to the reason they might be waiting long. If it weren't for them I would give this place zero star bcuz of those receptionists.

Extremely poor customer service. The attitude of the front desk staff is very dismissive and unprofessional. I was actually told by a member of staff ( a technician) that some a unu come gi trouble because I asked why I was being asked personal questions in the open. I was told that this is a member of staff and I should have asked before '"giving attitude". This was just very appalling and distasteful. I took back my paper and left as I felt so disrespected. i have heard complaints from my friends too who experienced poor service there. If you keep this up you will loose all your customers.
