Above & Beyond is doing amazing works in the area of health and wellness. I cannot forget when I received a 3rd degree hamstring tear and thought I was never going to run again. As an athlete the thought was devastating. However I found comfort in the methods of therapy and the journey outlined for me from the above and beyond team. It was not an easy process but with the help from Stephen and the rest of the above and beyond team I was able to make a full recovery in 18 months. Now my performances are better than ever.
