I was on vacation and experienced pain in my hip and shoulder. I was recommended to Spry Recovery Room by a friend. They have great certified physical therapists who are current in the latest PT modalities. I didn't realize that some of my gym techniques were incorrect and was causing me pain in other parts of my body. I got this information as part of my personal assessment and education. My pain was significantly decreased in just one session and by the 2nd session I felt normal and pain free🙏🔥💯💕
