Innovative Dental Care

My review is a bit late, but anyway let me say that myself and 8yrs old daughter had our cleaning last year.The atmosphere itself was warm with terrific staff. I visted other dental clinics before but the cleaning job done was the best ever. At first we found the clinic while surfing the net and sent a message from the site and less than 10mins we received a call to book appointment.....honestly i was sooooo impressed from there i realized that this will be a great start. Currently we are due cleaning and i will be doing the same process to be contacted as to book the appointments. Thank you Innovative Dental Care you are highly recommended.😊😊😊😊😊🤗

The best dental care and customer service i have ever encountered in all my years. I have been to several dentists in different countries but how I was made to feel by the entire team here and their drive to make sure I felt attended to even after services were completed, completely impressed me. I have recommended to others, and as long as their standard doesn't fall I will continue to do so. I must also highlight the dentist herself, who has made use of techniques and equipment I had never seen before. This gave me confidence in her and her operation as it gave the impression of being cutting edge.

I took my granddaughter there for an extraction of a temporary tooth. The staff, from the onset, was very professional and courteous. The dentist was so gentle during the extraction process. The only reason I gave only 4 stars is due to the aesthetic of the office. The office is very tiny and would benefit from bright color paint and a little modernization. The service by itself is rated 5 stars.

Innovative Dental and Medical Care is the Best in Ocho Rios. Experience was wonderful. Staff is warm and welcoming. Service was fast..they even called and checked if i was still coming in on my appointment 20 minutes before. I recommend this Dentist to all. God bless y'all. Seriously😁!
