The Smile Centre

Today my daughter (Amira-Kai B.)had her first ever visit to a dentist and I chose The Smile Centre based on its proximity to our home, I must say its one of the wisest decisions I could have made. The Staff are courteous, professional, friendly and thorough. They are on top of their game and I was most impressed with how comfortable my daughter felt. Based on the atmosphere at The Centre, I went ahead and did an exam for myself and I will be doing more procedures there. They have gained a client for life with me and my daughter. I must commend them and I wish to use this platform to say a huge thank you to everyone at The Smile Centre, you guys are truly amazing and I am encouraging you to continue with the standard that you have set in handling your clients. Thank you again!!!

I enjoyed the service and professionalism I received from the dentist and planned on making here my choice for all of my dental care for my daughter and I until it was time to pay, the dental assistant’s customer service was very poor. She showed no interest in assisting or solving a problem with one of my health card and telling me she can’t fill out a claims form at that moment If I need one I should come back. I’m a sticker for good customer service especially since I work in that field and believe I’m good customer service and helping customers to the best of my ability. I have no intention to go back.

Thanks to Samantha and Lori for an extremely pleasant experience - patient, gentle and thorough. I live in the US and I must say this is my dentist of choice - exceptional customer service! Dr Rhule was the dentist I saw and she was very careful and thorough with her work.

I can truly say my experience for the past 7 years has been awesome. The staff are so friendly and caring. They make you feel comfortable; even my 3 year old has a great experience. It is obvious that each member of the team enjoys their job and provide the utmost service to prove it. Thank you guys for always providing a wonderful experience.
