The customer service at this place is very poor the repectiontist don't know how to deal with the public she needs to work in the back end of the organization until she learns good customer service. Only have a pretty face and nothing behind it.

Expect a long wait even with an appointment, over-worked staff, and overcrowding. You will be asked to wait outside if you are not the patient.

The front line staff were friendly and welcoming....the sonographer however was a grompy old man. For the mommys-to-be who wants to enjoy seeking their little bundle of joy, DO NOT get your ultrasound done here. The machine is old, you don't even get the little pictures to take home, the sonographer won't let you look at the monster when the ultrasound is being done, when i asked him if i could at least see my babys face he said "we can't both look at it at the same time" (this was not my first ultrasound by the way so i know he was just being rude or mean). I do not recommend for ultrasounds, if you can please take your business elsewhere.
