The staff at Gentle Dental is so helpful and friendly! I always have a great experience when I have an appointment there and all of the dental assistants make you feel at ease and welcomed. Dr. Mancini is very knowledgeable and funny — I highly recommend Gentle Dental in JP! As an added bonus, the staff is very diverse.

Dr. Mancini was very knowledgeable, kind and attentive and put me at ease when I found out I had to get all my wisdom teeth removed. He has continually checked in with me throughout the process to make sure everything is going as it should even though the procedure is with an oral surgeon. Highly recommend!

During the pandemic I had been on a waiting list at my local clinic, however it was taking too long as I was having sensitivity issues. Fast forward made an inquiry Sunday, they called Monday. I was able to book an appointment Tuesday morning. I was so happy. Staff were friendly, and explained everything in detail. Dr. Andrew talked me through my first root canal (smh) and temp crown he was able to complete same day in 45 minutes!!! I was also able to come back and get my regular cleaning after my root canal. Talk about efficiency and time management! I’m very pleased with my experience at this location!

The front desk is very friendly and helpful. All the staff are so friendly too. This means a lot to everyone right now. The oral surgeon is very nice too. This is the best dental office experience I think I've ever had. Wow. Great folks.

The name "Gentle Dental" is so appropriate for this office! I had lost a large filling and was able to get an appointment very quickly with Dr. Andrew Mancini. He explained why I needed a crown and then on that same visit, he made and put on a temporary crown. He was so gentle, there was no discomfort at all. I've had other crowns put on, and no one ever did it so painlessly. As an added plus, his bedside manner is great (and funny)! Two weeks later, I returned to the office for the permanent crown--it fit perfectly and I haven't had to return for any adjustments (as has happened to me in the past with other dentists). Dr. Mancini's staff (in particular his assistant Monica) are all wonderful as well. I feel lucky to have found this practice.
