Nice hotel especially for a three star. Would be a great weekend getaway hotel. They have an onsen, weddings, a couple of restaurants. Not convenient to get to and they said no bus from the airport so I had to come and go by taxi which lost a star.

There is no airport shuttle although the site says there is. The taxi to the airport doubles the cost of your stay. Stay closer or in a nicer hotel with a shuttle.

Nice place to stay, good hospitality best for people who wants to be isolated from the busy city for a while.

After checking in I stopped to gather my luggage when an employee came over to me and lead me to where I was supposed to go. It was nice and all, but I already knew where I had to go and he was very rude and condescending about it, like he thought I was going somewhere I wasn't supposed to. I booked a single non-smoking room but they gave me a double smoking room instead, and as a non-smoker it wasn't pleasant. The room was extremely dirty, had mold everyone, especially in the bathroom. And if it wasn't bad enough the wifi was public and extremely poor so I couldn't use it. Ordered room service but had to call twice because the employee who answered thought I called the wrong number (which I didn't) and they hung up on me. Food was okay, but looked like the food you get at a hospital. Overall the worst hotel experience I've ever had. If you want an affordable and nice hotel I'd recommend Nikko Narita instead.

The rooms are clean and comfy. The area itself is soooo big! There’s a smoking Zone just beside the hotel as well. A free shuttle bus is available for Aeon mal all, Narita station and airport. There’s a biiiig pond behind the hotel. Which looks amazing even at night. Old building rooms are kinda old but new building rooms are super nice. There’s a small conbini at the hotel but if the number of guests are huge then there’s a possibility to get nothing at the hotel conbini. There’s a 7 eleven but not very close to the hotel. So plan accordingly if you are depending on the conbini foods. There breakfast buffet is supper cool! Loved it!
