The stylish, high-grade interior and facilities, more than enough equipment, and the hospitality of the staff added to the blissful vacation. The food was very good and the dishes and presentation were great. The guests were also relaxed and quiet, and there was an atmosphere of caring for each other. It's just opened and this perfection is amazing. I think it is the result of the efforts of all the staff, from management to customer service and cleaning. I would love to visit you again.

With my parents, I went to Gora Kaoru with five family members. I was impressed by the new hall and the excellent service. Each meal was artistic and the taste was really good. Next time, I would like to try the dishes on the iron plate. We enjoyed drinking and snacks in the lounge. The baths were rented and borrowed, probably because they overlapped at dinner. Unfortunately, it was foggy at night and I couldn't see the scenery, but in the morning I could see a very nice view. Parents, husbands and children also said they were very happy. Also, this is the inn you want to go to.

This is a new inn that just opened in October 2020. It was a hot spring inn that had both Japanese atmosphere and modern comfort. I used to use Gora Kadan, but this time I used it for 2 nights. Everything was clean, the staff were attentive, and the food was delicious. I had a great time. Also, I would like to use it if I have the opportunity.

I've been to Gora for a long time. I made a reservation for the first time to enjoy the autumn leaves 🍁 Hakone. Normally, it's a mountain hotel, but I received a notification from Orix, so I made a reservation for an inn that has just been built (opened on October 2, 2020). The result was correct. Service, interior, cleanliness, atmosphere, view from the room, very nice. I twisted my left knee at Gora Park, but when I checked in, the staff noticed it and delivered the ship medicine to my room. Amazing hospitality. I like it very much. I am very happy that there is a guest room open-air bath where you can see the mountains of Hakone and Sagami Bay from the room 😊. We had a supper at the main dining "Rokutsuki" of Roku. I used it for one night on November 24.25! We were very satisfied with the facilities, customer service, and prevention of corona infection at a high level! I had Western-style teppanyaki for dinner, but they were all very delicious, and the chef's response and explanation of the dishes were very easy to understand, friendly and sympathetic! The chef himself explained about the last dessert that came out! It was a very kind response! The open-air bath in the guest room was also very comfortable and I felt like I wanted to take it all the time! I would like to use it again when I go on a trip to Hakone. thank you for helping me!
