Budget hotel with super cheap rate of 4,000 yen for single room. Parking fee is 500 yen. The hotel is old and run down. The room is kept clean the best they can. No frills. You get what you pay for. WiFi is ok, though. Location is a little further away from train station and shopping area, about 20 minutes on foot.

Pretty nasty place, even as business hotels go. Shower/bathroom smelled *strongly* of urine, room was very unclean. Staff was kind, however. Overall I'd avoid staying here.

Quite nice. I don't really like the ambience, smells cigarette at the corridor but they cleaned our room properly so 👍😃

Probably the best budget hotel you can find in terms of price in Tokushima area. The facility is old and the biggest problem was, there is no sound proof between your room and the other room. You can hear pretty clearly.

9200yen for a 3 bedroom room, not bad. Onsuite with added kettle, soaps and tea. Not bad for the travelling cheapskate. The major problem I had was the large amount of distrust towards us. Personally I like a lie in in the morning, unfortunately this means the cleaners will still try to drop off fresh towels, so we put up the "do not disturb sign"... This did not work. A couple of days later a cleaner was banging very loudly on the door, we were then told that the cleaners had to clean (seems fair). When I was the last to leave I was asked quite rudely to leave my key so "the cleaners could clean" (they have master keys). When I returned I was handed the key without a word or look to the eye, only the bins had been emptied. We also suspect our room was entered/checked while we were out. The overly suspicious staff and rather rude attitude towards us made us feel like outsiders rather than paying customers.
