1 night in Okutama, 1 night in Mt. Mitake, family trip with 3 adults + 2 children. Due to the date, the shukubo on Mt. Mitake was full and I called several times, so I was able to make a reservation with Mr. Takeshi Maruyama. Even at the time of booking, I received a very polite telephone response. On the day of my stay, I was surprised at the magnificent gate of So Maruyama. I can't express it well, but I think it has a completely different appeal from ordinary inns. Mr. Kuroda, the owner, responded very politely, just like when I talked on the phone. I think it's an old building, but the rooms and corridors are well-cleaned and don't look old. The restroom and bath are clean, so it feels good. We had a family of 5 prepare a room of less than 20 tatami mats. A good room with a panoramic view of the mountains. The food was also very satisfying. It may not be very helpful to write only good things, but it was a really moving experience for our family. Mr. Kuroda, thank you for telling us a valuable story during dinner. Please give my best regards to your family.

When visiting Mitake Shrine, get off the cable car and be the first inn and you will be very satisfied with the warm hospitality.

I stayed to see the light coming from the New Year's Eve sunrise mountain. Room was wide, too, and hospitality such as oil fan heater and electric hot water bottle was good. The food is delicious including the New Year soba, and the body cooled in Hinoden was warmed in the bath. In the hotel near the approach, I could not sleep in the middle of the night when the worshiper in the middle of the night was very quiet, and it was good that I could sleep slowly.
