Emblem Flow Hakone

This hotel was so convenient for our family to visit nearby sites in Gora like the Hakone Open Air Museum and the Craft House. The on site restaurant was great and we also used the community room and kitchenette.

It was excellent because of the cleanliness of the rooms due to Covid-19 the staff was awesome the front desk women were very kind and nice and also I never been her before I took a test drive to the hotel 2 weeks prior to our stay just so I can make sure I know how to get there and the staff was so kind to show us around the hotel and see what our room we booked look like. It was a amazing time and also the location is beautiful

A modern and nice hotel which is clean and renovated. Staff is friendly, speaks English and very helpful. Rooms are clean and bright, it is located right next to the station. Highly recommended.

Had a great two nights at emblem! The staff is incredibly friendly and would strike up conversation with you which it is always a plus! We got an upgrade as we checked in from a dorm room to a private room. The room and facilities are great - very stylish! Really enjoyed being able to have a dip at the onsen every night. Also the bar and food were great. All in all, a great stay!

This place was awesome. Stayed here with my son on our travels. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. There is a bathhouse, bar, restaurant and a number of other guest facilities to keep us entertained in down time. Breakfast was on each morning at a reasonable price.
