Excellent cafe with lots of different drink options to choose from. We got caught in a downpour and the owners were so welcoming and inviting. Awesome place to stop and rest before continuing your explorations if the area.

Great Japanese experience and staff that spoke English and provided instructions for bath and restaurants. Private outdoor baths in room but the public baths are much better. Times I went in were not busy and sitting outside in the rain at night was amazing. Two restaurants to try for dinner with the one offering wagyu shabu shabu and sushi being the better choice. Otherwise, Gora area a bit ho-hum with not much to do and rained most of trip, but nice to visit and ride the ropeway and pirate ship. The hotel is right next to Gora station though so very convenient.

Private, quiet, fantastic food. This place is a heaven in Japanese style resort.

Very relaxing. Got the massage and it was great. I fell asleep and woke up twice during it. Private onsen in the room was great. Stayed in the moon building and had a view of the mountain across the way. The meals were delicious and a good experience. I enioyed the evening free ramen as well. Highly recommend!
