Peaceful and large but with many areas shut off around the pond area. The giant Buddha is impressive though.

When thinking of Daibutsu, or Great Buddha statues, the majority of people immediately picture the one at Nara's Tōdaiji Temple or the one at Kōtokuin in Kamakura. But, surprise! There is a place in Tokyo where you can see a Daibutsu too. So, today let's head to this mysterious place that hides a Daibutsu statue, Jorenji Temple.
