There's WiFi and a nice and warm place to sleep at. You would have to climb a hill up and down but it didnt bother me

Clean, modern rooms with plenty of space. Great location

Clean rooms and friendly staff in a stunning location. We found it could be a bit noisy at times. Really well located for the cable train and walking distance to Gora station, a supermarket, restaurants and craft stores. Rooms are packed with amenities including washing machine and several TVs. We slept two people. Four might be a squeeze.

Beautiful scenery, close to hakone railway for sightseeing. The rooms we stayed in was a little apartment, clean futon beds, working kitchen and double balcony. Would stay again. Only downside is many uphill walking from train station.

Very good hospitality and staff are really friendly.. nice room with beautiful views ..
