他の方の評価にもあるように接客がひどい。支払ったコストに対して「ただ座っているだけではなく知識や技術をオレから盗め、そうすればそれは何倍にもなる」と言われていましたが、そんなことは誰も求めていないし、それを提供するのがあなたでしょう。 GOLD SCISSORSの予約が取れなくてこちらに来られる方が多い中で、多くの方がその接客サービスの落差に落胆することと思います。また最初のシャンプーを前かがみにするのは顔も濡れるし、体勢もしんどいし最悪でした。後ろでもできるそうなんですが、前屈みにするのがデフォルトのサービスになっているのが不思議です。確かにカットの技術は申し分ないが、お客さんは技術だけを求めてきているわけではないことを知り改善していただきたいですね。そんな客は要らねーと言うならしょうがないですが。高評価のレビューにしか返事をしないあたりからそういうお店なのかもしれませんね。技術や志があるだけに非常にもったいないと感じます。

A very good shop if you only want the technology. It gives me a tight hairstyle and makes me feel more relaxed. ------------- Customer service is a very disappointing level. Especially the store manager ・It was the third use, but I don't remember the name or the previous style. ・I'm sorry that I came to the store late, but even so, I felt quite uncomfortable with the attitude that I wanted to finish it too quickly. Example) No conversation during treatment. The preparation for cutting is impatient with the movement, and the lack of room is exuding. ・I forgot that I wore glasses, and said "How about you" without glasses (I can't see it!) ・Because I was late, I may say that I may not have time to shave my face, so it's okay to say, "Because I am shaving the frame, I will suffer damage without it." (This is surprising) The customer service is mechanical though it makes the hair style very cool, I didn't really want to go there anymore. Thank you for what you have done.

The cut itself is very good, but is it the store manager? I was very disappointed with the customer service attitude that seems to be. Apparently, the attitudes of each customer were so different that I felt uncomfortable.
