This is my favorite inn. I've been here several times a year since about 6 years ago, but I'm always comfortable. Anyway, I don't know why the cost performance is the best (atmosphere, bath, staff, room, and food), but I go to the hot springs = ROKUZA. Because the timing is bad this time and I can't make a reservation. I went to Rokuya. I've been to this place several times, but again the food is the best. I can't really make a reservation at GOTO these days (sorry), but I managed to make a reservation in November and January, so I'll go again. I'm looking forward to it! !! It's a place I don't really want to teach people.
By the way, I wrote that the low-rated people have really stayed here, but the evaluations are different. We have been evaluating staying many times.
It was great when I visited two years ago, so I wanted to bring my father and mother back, so I visited again this time.
But this time it wasn't good at all.
First of all, there was no welcome and see-off that I had last time. At the time of check-in procedure, the customer service attitude of the staff who responded is not good. It felt like I was mistaken for a friendly customer service and a familiar customer service.
My dad asked me the way when I checked out, but I felt very unpleasant because I was too busy to respond. I wanted to take you to another inn if this was the case.
The food and sweets in the room were still excellent!
Also, the female staff members felt good! It was the male staff who had a disappointing attitude toward customers.
There is no revisit.
I was very happy when I stayed there 3 years ago, so I was expecting this time (November 16th), but this time I was disappointed.
First of all, the view was ruined because I could see the scaffolding under construction in the view from the room. Furthermore, the window was distorted or could not be opened even with force, and the key of the window had patina rust. The window frame is also full of dust ... I knew that I was hit by a typhoon, but I'm very sorry.

I thought it would look like this, but it's pretty beautiful when you go inside. The modern décor provides a soothing, adult resort atmosphere.
At the dinner, I asked a young staff member for recommendations for sake, but it seemed that he was not familiar with it, so I desperately went to the senior staff member and explained it. I have a good impression that I am doing my best.
I think that all the dishes were well prepared, and both the appearance and the taste were wonderful.
Considering the price, it is a great experience and one of the places I would like to visit again.
