What can I say! This place have it all. After paying more above the average in TOKYO, to have this kind of treatment from KYOTO is a great change of scenery. From the moment we checked in to the moment we got to our room, the customer service were way beyond this world! The hotel itself is very clean and has many amenities that our TOKYO hotel did not have. It even have a cellphone which u can bring around the city to search where to go or what to do!!! This is perfect!!!
I just can't believe how good this place is! Hopefully it's still here the next time we come back! Can't recommend it enough!!!!

Wi-Fi is extremely slow. Wi-Fi is very slow. I stayed on the 5th floor, but even if I measure the speed, I can't get 1M bps. It was about 0.5 on average. Even DoCoMo's mobile communication has released 50M. By the way, there are about 80 uploads. It became 50mbps around 1am. Other than that, I am satisfied. It is 0.5mbps. My telecommunications company has 50mbps.Other than that, there is no problem. It was 50mbps in the deep night.
The service staff is super friendly, the space is large, the price is not expensive, the bathroom is separated, there are coin-operated washing machines and microwave ovens on the first floor, and there is a smoking room very convenient.
