For all non-japanese speakers: This place is AMAZING. The hosts are a couple and they will do everything possible to make your stay a wonderful one. There are rules, as this is a traditional japanese hotel but they're basic japanese ettiquete rules that actually make the experience more enjoyable. Food is local and home-made. As a western visitor I found it a challenge because it's all stuff you're not used to eat and you don't get to choose. But everything was delicious. We only got to stay 1 night but we're definitely coming back. I regret not staying longer. My wife and I got very attached to the hosts, they truly treated us as if we were part of the family. They even walked us to the station and waved us good-bye as we left the next morning.

It is directly across from Tadami Station, a 30-second walk. Since the evaluation was high in Google Map, I took the Tadami Line for one night. According to the reputation, the meal using local ingredients, 100% soba was the best. Baths, toilets and toilets are shared, but they are well-maintained and clean. The specifications of the common area are relatively new, and the toilet has a washlet. The staff members are kind and smile, and I would like to come back to meet the landlady's smile. Even if it is full due to Rakuten Travel etc., it is possible that it will be vacant if you call directly. Surrounded by mountains, it is very beautiful.
