My husband and I Stayed many times at this amazing hotel. The service is outstanding and the food is all home cooked. The location is quiet and easy access from the train station and has ample parking. It is right by the river which provides a nice place to walk. Highly recommend for value and convenience.
Amazing home cooked breakfast and dinner, friendly staff, beautiful location on the banks of the Watarase river. Clean modern rooms with air conditioning, wifi, and a desk. Best value of any hotel I stayed at in Japan (21 trips over 15+ years).
The employees are good people, but the annex is the lodging house itself in the early Showa period. Barely a Wi-Fi ant.
The feeling of the hotel was very good at home.
The building is certainly old.
But! And there is.
Those who like "Mitsuo Aida"!
People who want to "Ayu fishing"!
Those who want to "enjoy the scenery of the Watarase River"!
Or someone who wants to see the starry sky on the roof.
"I want to go to Flower Park" people!
People who want to visit "Orihime Shrine" and temples of historical sites!
Those who want to "enjoy home cooking in a bag in the morning and evening"!

For such a person, I think it is a good inn like no other.
The inn's Achikochi is secretly decorated with "Mitsuo Aida", a statue of Takanori Ninomiya, and a famous phrase, and the owner is a famous person who "knows everyone"! !!
This was my second inn, but I ate three glasses of breakfast and replaced the handmade miso soup (handmade by the owner).
At night, steak and fish make your stomach hungry.
It is a very comfortable inn.
