Nice place, nice neighborhood. We stayed there during winter. The problem was that not the whole house had heating, so the bathroom and toilet room were too cold. Apart from that, the rooms were spacious, the futons cozy. I'd surely recommend staying there during a warm or not so cold season.

The first thing I thought was good was that there was a shuttle bus. Although it was close to the station, the roads were complicated, so it was very convenient. According to the impression of the facility, the two bedrooms were large and I was able to settle down. I also seem to have regular events that give me a feel of Japan, so I felt that it might be good for foreigners.

Perfect stay in Kyoto in this small two bedroom duplex. The bathroom is well ventilated, everything is perfectly clean and works properly. The futons are comfortable, we still doubled the mattress. Only downside: one of the bedrooms does not have blackout curtains. Tip: Sleep with an eye mask;)

Very welcoming and the owner very friendly. 10 min walk from Kyoto Central Station.
