Just bad all around. Most hostels I’ve stayed at as a student were better than this place. 1. Rooms are poorly isolated and you can hear both your neighbors and the people in the hallway. 2. Mattresses are of the lowest quality. 3. Discriminatory. Staff makes photocopies of the ID cards of foreign residents in Japan (as opposed to tourist visa holders) despite there being no legal requirement to do so. Receptionist acts smug and unprofessional about it. I have never had this happen to me in Japan before and I travel a plenty. 4. Even the WiFi is so bad that I just used my mobile data instead. 5. The view from the window consisted of a concrete wall. The only redeeming feature was that the bathtub was decent. Go to Nagoya. It’s a beautiful city. Don’t go to this hotel.

GREAT LOCATION! close to transit and all kinds of services and entertainment. In the heart of Nagoya's Business district. The room was very clean albeit a bit small. But this is what you get for this price in Japan. So, that is fine. Onlya bot f a smoke smell in my non-smoking room. But I fixed it keeping my window open for a few hours in my first day there. All in all, I would definetly stay there again if I ever return to Nagoya.

It’s a lovely hotel, the staff is very nice. But one of the problems I encountered was that the WiFi was horrible throughout the whole hotel, another problem was that the room wasn’t cleaned properly (I found hair which wasn’t mine, nails and etc). Either way I recommend the stay probably my room wasn’t clean enough but that doesn’t mean yours isn’t 😊

Very clean and comfortable. But the room is so small (well, like almost all Japanese hotel rooms). Convenient place to stay, the shuttle bus terminal for Nagoya airport is just across the street. Close to many goos restaurants.

Acceptable place but location is between two station so basically you have to walk from either station and reception is so good to suggest local places to roam around but a little close to Night life of Nagoya.
