Customer service was FANTASTIC! The wife had left her wallet on the bus from the airport to the hotel and the AWESOME lady at check in/reception called around to help track it down. She even arranged transportation to pick up the wallet from the bus company. The hotel is immaculate and has a great restaurant! Definitely will be staying here again the next time we travel to Japan! Hopefully here in the next couple of months!
Wonderful hotel to stay at. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and had some really great features like a foot massager, and gifts each day for guests. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of options to cater for everyone's taste.
Loved it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hotel in proximity to Disney. The free bus to and from is so simple
Great amenities. This hotel is convenient for Tokyo Disney. Breakfast buffet, a cup noodle midnight snack. On site laundry and a well updated hotel room. This is one of the few that will sleep four to a room without going over four hundred a night. We’re actually reluctant to post so many good things because this hotel books up quickly!
Was a great stay! Hotel has many amenities and provide 2 small gifts everyday for staying and slippers. They have a buffet breakfast and are very close to DisneySea so it may be convenient for some. I also loved that they had the option to rent bikes and the grocery store was a little easy walk so that made it more enjoyable.
