Considering the price (3000JPY/night) good budget hotel. Security and room cleanness is poor. No keys needed to go up to guest room floor and elevator goes direct to room floor without pass in front of hotel desk. Bed and bath room are well cleaned, but dated. Room is a bit filthy. Under the bed or behind curtain is uncleaned.

Really basic and old hotel. Good for a budget stay, write next to the Awa-Odori Kaikan, 15 mins walk to Tokushima staion Just choose if you cant get other cheap hotels

Great place to stay for a night before starting my cycle! Breakfast provided and there is a safe place to park your bike! Has everything necessary for daily needs!

Great value, great location, and wonderful owners. As others have said it's a bit old but it's clean and convenient.
