Awesome hotel. We got it for a great deal on bookings.com. Rooms were more spacious than other hotels I've been to in Japan. They are very modern and clean, even elegant. The morning breakfast buffet was very filling and delicious There is a wide variety of both Japanese and American cuisines. Staff was friendly and spoke/understood English. Would love to come back here!

Room was clean and acceptable. It was a bit small though and the walls were a bit thin-- I could faintly hear snoring from the room over. +1 star for being willing to watch after luggage after checking out so we didn't have to bring it around with us during the day.

Pros: Great location, hospitable staff, 10minutes away from the monorail, great supermarket (Ryubo)nearby, car rental (orix), lots of parks around (good for families with children) and a nice breakfast selection with an opportunity for trying out snippets of traditional Japanese food. Rooms are small, cosy and has it’s own air conditioning. Cons: The WIFI is unusable and has a very weak signal that keeps tripping. You may be better off coming with your own wifi or renting one.

The staff is very friendly and hospitable. There is one particular guy, a Nepali, who speaks excellent English and is always very friendly and helps whenever I need. The hotel is nice overall with exception to lack of a business center (reason for 4 stars). Room was quaint but clean. Deep tubs for bathing if you so choose. If you have elderly or disabled people, I would suggest asking to see a room with disability access. They have washer / dryer room which also contains the ice machine, beer vending machine and a regular drink vending machine. Breakfast is mostly Japanese with a bit of Western taste mixed in. scrambled eggs do have seaweed in it, so unless you like seaweed I would not recommend. Traditional Okinawan rice and miso soup is the breakfast highlight! Nearby restaurants and close to bus stop. Grocery store right around the corner! Enjoy!
