The fact that you can aboard/alight the bus to/from airports directly from the hotel lobby is really a plus. Minatomirai line is a 5-min walk (~450m). Choices of shopping and restaurants underneath the hotel or surroundings is also one of the advantages. Room is large and I have a quite good view of Mt Fuji. You can store your luggage after check-out. Breakfast has choices of Western and Japanese style. Window seats are on demand so arrive early or late
The hotel over view was incredible. Really love this hotel. The services and staff are very polite too.
In Japan, I stay a lot of hotel and I really love this hotel and Biwako hotel. The greatest hotel ever.
If you go to Yokohama, I recommended this hotel.

The bar on the second floor is one of the best bars I ever been to. Great selection of whiskeys and cocktails!
Ecellent hotel, one of the best I have every stayed in. Room, service and staff were top notch. Excellent views. One morning the was no cloud and we had a breathtaking view of mount Fuji. .. amazing. Stayed a week, laundry service was prompt.
Tallest hotel in Japan. The view over Yokohama from the club room is incredible, during day or night!!
Hotel has a very high standard and everything is luxurious.
Breakfast is good, but the view is much better. Very nice to end or begin the day in the club room.
