Ridiculous hotel. Overrated, overpriced, no consideration for the guests. Just terrible experience. So many rules in the pool, no hat, no scuba goggles for kids, no sunglasses, no wristwatch etc etc.
Pool side cafe has only 5 tables, we had to wait for an hour to get a simple sandwich. There were people occuping tables for at least two hours and still being served drinks.
We paid over 50,000 Yen for a night for two adults and two kids.
While the pool looked nice in pictures online, in reality there is nothing special about the place.
Stay away and go somewhere else.
Beautiful, quiet and had a wonderful view of the Sky Tree Tower, cute and elegant room, clean bathroom. Thestaff was very helpful and amazing, coffee shops and restaurants, drugstores are just around the corner. I definitely recommend this hotel.
This was my first time in Japan. The staff was very polite, helpful, and efficient. The room was thankfully very quiet and comfortable. Also I found the food to all be very good and I truly appreciate the variety. I strongly recommend the Chinese restaurant. One more thing, the hotel is in a plaza with plenty of shops and places to eat.
Excellent location close to subway. We liked spacious room with two beds and lots of space around the room. Personal favorite is heated seat in the washroom. Also appreciated quietness of the room. They also have microwave available close to the drinks dispenser.
Airport limousine direct from Narita airport so it was very convenient. Nice lobby with efficient and friendly staff. There’s a supermarket and reasonably priced restaurants downstairs of hotel. Room was spacious for our family and housekeeping was great. About 10min walk to nearest subway to go to Tokyo area which is around 20min; though it was a lovely walk every morning, the commute is a downside of staying here. The tradeoff of reasonable price, spacious room versus location. Overall, pleasant stay and very satisfied!
