It was so beautiful that I couldn't imagine it from the entrance. Several kinds of shampoos and treatments were rented out in front of the front desk, and it was very helpful because I used them. Pillows are also available for rent. The bathroom and washroom were spacious and clean. It is convenient at the station Chika.

The room was large and clean. The staff is nice and helpful. There were in the lobby to be able to choose various toiletries and shampoo for free. As the other reviews, breakfast was good! I was also glad to eat local dishes of Yamagata!

The room cleaning needs to be strengthened. The blood stains on the sheets are obvious. The windows are mottled. Super uncomfortable.
