The rooms are small for two person, but since you are on a vacation and only needed to have a place to sleep it is good! The place is cheap and it offers breakfast buffet. They also clean the room everyday and if you don't want cleaning they will give you bottle of purified water! The staff are nice but only some are able to speak in English. This place is really accessible and is near the metro, they have a bus station near where you can ride to go back to Narita Airport. (There's also a bus from Narita that would stop on the nearby bus station of the hotel) They also offer a ride to Disney in the morning. All in all the place is nice but the food is kind of repetitive.

Good location specially if your going to Disney land and Disney sea, they have a free one way shuttle going to Disney land or sea. Breakfast was sumptuous. Bus station and Mrt nearby.

The room and private bathroom were clean. The A/C had to be turned on when I walked into the room and it took a while to fully cool the entire room. It only felt cooler when I woke up the next morning. Overall, would recommend if only staying for a night or two as the room is small. There is a pullout bed underneath the twin sized bed but the room would be too cramped for 2 people even 1 adult with 1 child. The water pressure in the shower is excellent and the toilet has a bidet which is always a plus.

The hotel was great, a bit small which is expected considering the price and the fact that its Tokyo. Its also less than a 5 minute walk from Kasai metro station so transportation isn't an issue. Overall would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly staff. Very reasonably priced but Aircon did not work
