I was upgraded to a twin room and loved the extra space & couch!! The interiors are also nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. The LCD TV was huge - a rarity in Japanese hotels. This is definitely one of the most comfortable hotels I've stayed in during this trip. I wouldn't give it a full five stars because it's quite a walk from Nagoya Station, and without Google Maps, the hotel may be tricky to locate. Of course, if you're traveling light, this hotel's location shouldn't be a problem since you can easily hop onto the subway to Fushimi Station (1 stop away) and walk there.

For.a discount hotel they charge a lot and give a little. The rooms are small, think two feet around the bed small, but that is fine the fact that the hotel and rooms smell like an ash tray with no way of getting a min smoking room was what did it on for me. There are nicer equally as inexpensive hotels nearby

Found this place for a reasonable price on Agoda, so happy we booked it as it was a very nice clean modern hotel, and we got a great value for the night we spent there. Nice shower with great water pressure, all toiletries provided, free wifi, clean comfy bed and good pillows. There’s also onsite laundry in the top floor 100¥ for a wash and another 100¥ for 30 minutes in the dryer. Had my clothes in for almost two hours and they still weren’t totally dry but I think Japanese dryers are not as strong as what I’m used to in Canada. Would have been fine if I was staying more than one night and could hang my stuff up in my room.

This hotel is comfortable and centrally located. We walked to Nagoya Castle, and trains were nearby for visiting places farther away. It's a long walk or short train ride from Nagoya Station. The rooms are a reasonable size for Japan, and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that breakfast is English-style and you must choose from the menu on check-in. I would prefer Japanese breakfast options, as well.

Pleasantly surprised with this experience. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful providing great instructions with map to locate Sakura blossom spots. The room was clean, well furnished, comfortable, and roomy. The shower/bath had great pressure, temp, and it was a nice size. The rooms were modern with easy to use features for non Japanese speaking/reading. The food for breakfast was nice and well balanced. This had been our best experience out of the last 5 days in Japan and the price was more than reasonable. Highly recommended.
