Design Tadao Ando Completion 1994 The way the sky in the courtyard is cut off is wonderful. It is also quiet because it is surrounded by walls on all four sides. It is a space where you can relax. When I lived, it was a place to hang up laundry, so it might have been a different impression. I don't care about the large number of stairs, I feel that I have succeeded in guiding the place of privacy and friendship.

It is a former private residence designed by Tadao Ando. Although it is a small site, there are many attractions such as a device that makes you feel spacious and a roof that can be opened and closed. Currently, it is used irregularly as a gallery or is open to the public.
