Two parking lots make it easy for family trips. Room is very spacious. Very quiet room. We left a soft toy of great sentimental value in the room and the staff was able to act swiftly and post it back.Thank you so much.

Dissapointed. Doesn't look as clean, bright, and delight as in pictures. Located inside populated blocks of building, not as well-spaced from others as in the picture. Bathroom is not clean. The brown bedding and towels' cleanliness are questionable. The beds are not firm.

The space is large but place is not exactly very clean or appealing to stay. Though in the apartment we stayed in, they had nice kids toys which was fun.

Very large space was able to accommodate 8 people comfortably. Very clean inside and only a few blocks from several shopping options. Would return again if with a large group, thanks!

I had my worst accommodation experience with Rob Cond. This business lacks basic customer service and if any, it is extremely poor. I made an honest booking error in October 2017 and contacted Rob Cond right away within seconds of the booking to rectify the mistake however the Manager wouldn’t allow any changes to be made despite family health reasons and the booking was made three months in advance. On the day of check-in, the front counter was already closed when we arrived at 5:30pm when their website and itinerary email show the operational hours from 8:30am - 6pm. The room was not cleaned properly, the beddings were dirty with stranger’s hair on the pillows and stains were found on the bed sheets. The mattresses are old and need to be replaced as you can easily feel the springs inside them and makes a lot of noise when turning. The pillows and towels were smelly, and we even found a used/dirty tampon left in the washroom from the previous stay, disgusting! The accommodation was so unpleasant that we only stayed one night despite the booking was for two nights. Overall, an extremely unpleasant stay and terrible experience communicating with Rob Cond. Highly not recommended but if you’re still thinking of booking with them, please only do so with caution as they’re extremely inconsiderate and will not be flexible if you may need to later modify your bookings, under ANY circumstances. P.S., there’s extremely limited parking (5 parking spots for entire condo building) and there’s no elevator access.
