The space was small and cozy for my girlfriend and I (even for my large size).....the staff was super courteous and helpful! 10 out of 10 would stay again

Zero customer service support. Avoid this place. They will ignore your emails once they have your $. In this day and age where a big chain cannot reply to an email is embarassing. Definitely go for other big hotel names or smaller places that provide support for their customers. There are way better options around the Tokyo area. Hopefully this can help at least 100 others to reconsider going elsewhere for their future accommodation.

Location is great and the hotel shuttle to Disneyland is a nice benefit (but book early because it does fill up). Rooms are ridiculously small and dirty. There’s just no excuse for layers of dust and stains on the desk. Air conditioning is only turned on I’m the summer, so when my room was 26 degrees without the heat being turned on, I was given a key to open the window. This hotel does not live up to Best Western’s standards.

Surprisingly expensive for a hotel in Tokyo which has very worn interiors, tiny bathrooms and low quality pillows. Great location for getting around on the metro, and in a not very touristy area which is nice if you want a more authentic time. The rooms get very hot; the air conditioning didn't work - we had a dehumidifier which made the room bearable at night, but it was really rather uncomfortable, even for a November stay. Our twin room had one double bed and one single. We stayed in a better location on the other side of Tokyo for a cheaper nightly rate and the facilities were much better. The breakfast was decent quality, but not great for an English pallette.

Great place to stay. We were there for 5 weeks in 2015. Perfect location near train station. Many great places to eat and shop. A small town feel. Had a wonderful time. Used this hotel for our base and did travel and stay in other areas of Japan also!
