Kishiwada 🍁 Castle has a long history and is full of attractions such as the Hachijin Garden, an antique-looking stone wall, and the castle tower with its exhibition room. The castle tower was destroyed by lightning in 1827, and the structures on the walls, such as the turrets and gates, were demolished during the Meiji restoration. As such, the only parts that remain from before the early modern period are the moats and stone walls.🏯❤️ I hope everyone that is reading this is having a really good day. And if you are not, just know that in every new minute that passes you have an opportunity to change that. ⁣⁣ ⛩ Instagram ===> @retarophotography ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

The castle itself is nice. It has the beautiful architecture of a Japanese castle. It's true that it's not really something spectacular. If you visit it you'd probably enjoy it, but if you miss it it's not a big loss. The views from top of the castle are not particularly great. They offer a wedding photo service on the top of the castle. You can take a photo using a samurai costume, if you're into it. The staff working there are friendly and helpful.

One of the smaller castles, it looked as if out of a storybook; beautiful and charming. A bit of an interesting museum inside with fascinating vistas from the top.

Beautiful castle just outside the city. Train takes about 35 minutes from the city center. Not as large as Osaka castle but just as impressive. Try to get here in the late September when they have the Danjiri festival.

Great spot for Hanami at night. Not too crowded and lovely views from many angles.
