I stayed in building 22 for around 2 weeks with two friends in Feb 2020. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and translated all of the information needed for our stay into English. The cabin itself was excellent - modern, clean, warm and contained all the amenities of a home away from home. We bought a few extra sleeping pillows at a local department store. The cabin location is great for exploring the local ski fields during winter if you have a car - 5 decent size resorts within a 30 min drive. Shops and restaurants are a 5 - 10 minute drive away. This accommodation made for an extremely enjoyable ski holiday.
I used the log house No. 13 where the stained glass at the entrance is wonderful.
I stayed for 3 generations,
We were able to have a good time together in the spacious living room.
The children were overjoyed during the day at the log house, which was different from usual.
All the rooms were well cleaned and the baths were clean and comfortable.
I think I stayed in another building this time!

In Shakunage Building No. 7
It was used by 9 people in 2 families.
The place to hand over the keys is also from the cottage
It was close by car and you can shop around
It was convenient because the supermarket was nearby.
Building 7 is very beautiful and spacious

It was spacious enough to fit in.
Because it is an automatic circulation type, you can comfortably adjust the hot water for 24 hours.
It was good to be able to take a beautiful bath.
The shower was strong, so it was good!
Each room was equipped with air conditioning, so even at night

Shakunage Building No. 1
Good place
The number of rooms, the size, the barbecue facilities on the terrace, and the size of the bath are perfect. The correspondence of the receptionist was also good.
What was wrong
The stairs were narrow, steep and non-slip, so several people, including children, fell.
Also, since the toilet is 3 stories high and only on the 1st floor, you have to go up and down the stairs even in the middle of the night. I would like you to add a non-slip at least.
Also, there was no heating in the room. It will be difficult without heating in the coming season, so I would like to ask you to check it.
A full-fledged rental villa located in a villa area where self-owned villas and rental villas coexist. Since it is not a so-called "sightseeing-only" area, it has a high sense of silence and is a good environment.
The building I used was new, well-maintained, and clean. Facilities such as kitchen, bath and toilet are also substantial. Fully equipped with BBQ supplies, it is perfect for enjoying the feeling of a villa.
After checking in at the office for a few minutes by car, we head to each building, but I feel that the feeling of "visiting the villa" becomes even stronger.
It is also good that no check-out procedure is required.
The correspondence of the staff was also polite and I was very pleased with it.
