Friendly staff, shuttles on time. Bed was firm but comfortable. Big shower. The in house Lawson closed earlier due to Corona and there was no restaurant so I had to walk 5 min to the closest convenience store to get some food. Breakfast was very simple and not very high quality.
All in all, nicely located and affordable as an overnight stopover for your flight. Do not book this for any other reason.
Honkan still colsed. But Shinkan is open. I like to be here
This is the first hotel I've been to when I came to japan for the first time.
My first sight of japanese hospitality was at Narita International airport where I was honourably greeted by agent and government authorities. It was a whole different experience for me who has travelled to various countries over the globe.
Later after the procedures at the airport, we were sent for a day's quarantine here. I was astonished by the way japanese treat foreigners with loyalty and respect. The staff was all good and I would recommend this hotel for a night's stay over.
The rooms were slightly small, but still it is a small con compared to the better pros.
Very interesting stay. 2 nights courtesy of the Japanese government. Great food and helpful staff. 👍
I stayed there during quarantine period when waiting to rest, thus I can't say much.
But the internet is good and fast.
The room is clean.
