A nice place to just to have a nice good sleep or rest. It’s quiet small room but I guess it’s a reasonable for a price. I wish before they let the guests in they should check or let the room cool. Well I came here during summer season so it’s nice to have a cool fresh room to breath as you enter the room. Just a suggestion. 😘🇯🇵🇵🇭🇦🇺👍🏼
Great location, small room. For a hotel you just want to sleep in, this is a clean, convenient, central option. Note that rooms are neither very dark nor very sound proofed, so bring a mask and earplugs to help. Breakfast was traditional, convenient and plentiful, but not high quality. Next time I would skip it and get something at a bakery to eat in the nearby park.
hotel is good enough, downstairs is connivence store, location between of Sakae and Yaba-cho station, silent of the hotel, good for sleep, only little but ild of the facilities.

Great hotel in Sakae ! Fantastic service with polite and hard working staff. Very comfortable bed and super soft comforter. Apartment stores opposite with tons of restaurants and shopping. The underground mall (where the Metro is) is 2 minutes walk away. The Sunshine mall and Oasis 21 is also a short walk away. Lawson and 7-11 within 1-3 mins walk. Perfect location.
