Had a wonderful stay here.
The warm welcome when we arrived, the wonderful food, the sublime room and of course the amazing onsen on the balcony. Full privacy. A great way to unwind. Worth every penny. Not just a typical stay in a hotel, it’s an unforgettable experience.
They really look after you and are super friendly.

Stayed here over night. The rooms were sublime and I could not have asked for a better accommodation. The staff was fluent in English (some of the staff) and they were incredibly helpful! We arrived on a very wet day so the staff took our luggage and served us complimentary tea as well as their version of an anko with chestnut inside.
The food for dinner was on a level of its own. There were dishes to be appreciated and some that others may find a little odd. But this is still definitely worth the experience!

This place was excellent! The entire staff was attentive to our needs. Cheryl was great and took care of us the entire time we were there. We had a private spring bath in our room and it was great. Everything was clean and it was a pleasant stay. I highly recommend!
The best!!! Highly recommend this place. Very easy to communicate by email and we're prompt answering any questions we had. They really went out if their way to accommodate our party of 8 mostly non Japanese speaking customers. We were assigned an English speaking assistant who made sure we were well taken care of. The food, the hot springs, the atmosphere was superb. They also have a bar within which we loved. There is no problems with tattoos where many onsens in Japan do not allow.
Within walking distance from Hakone train station. Just a short walk through town.
I would def stay there again!
